So Grandma came down to help us for a couple days and told the kids she would take them to buy something if they were good while we cleaned my old apartment. After cleaning for five hours and getting asked "Can we go to the toy store now?" over and over and over somehow we got them home without going. However, the next day it wasn't forgotten and it all started over again "Can we go to the toy store?" So we decided to go there first before finishing up over at the apartment. Elliott had his eyes set on a pink stroller which he eventually let go thank goodness and Emma was set on getting jewelry and a purse. Then we walked by the umbrellas and they both went crazy over them!! So that's what she got them and they LOVE them. (I have a love hate relationship with them) :-) Last night Emma waited and waited for it to rain and since its not going to rain until next week she thought they would be great to block out the sun on this hot "summer" day. I decided to take some pictures of them today for her to one say thank you so much for getting these for the kids and second to say thank you SOOOOO much for all the hard work she did while she was here!!! I would have never gotten all that done with out her!!! After a very intense ice cream adventure and a little road rage episode (SO SORRY) it wrapped up to be a great visit!! Thank you SO MUCH Dee!!
